These terms govern advertising services provided by Drive & Thrive Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By commissioning a campaign with us, you (“the Client”) agree to the following.
1. Services
We provide auto-rickshaw and e-rickshaw hood-cover branding and related outdoor mobile advertising across Nepal, including design, printing, installation and reporting.
2. Orders & minimums
- Minimum order is 100 auto/e-rickshaws for a duration of not less than 3 months.
- Standard pricing per rickshaw: Rs 6,000 (3 months), Rs 10,000 (6 months), Rs 18,000 (12 months). E-rickshaw branding is priced the same. 13% VAT is exclusive of the above.
- Discounts may apply for bulk campaigns and longer durations.
3. Payment
At least 50% of the contract value is payable on signing, with the balance by instalments on mutual agreement.
4. Design & approval
Artwork must be approved by the Client before printing and stitching. The Client confirms it holds the rights to all logos, images and content supplied for the campaign.
5. Installation & execution
Ground installation begins within approximately 20 days of final design approval. Dealing with rickshaw owners and unions is our responsibility. Installation reports with GPS-stamped photos of three sides of each vehicle, plus owner/driver details, are provided to the Client.
6. Damage & maintenance
Any damage or tear to hood covers during the contract period is managed by us.
7. Liability
We deliver services with professional care but do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
